The Vibrogym produces involuntary muscular contractions which at 1800 repetitions per minute at 30Hz results in a very strong training effect with increased muscle strength and tone and improved co-ordination.

Significant results can be achieved in 15 minutes, 2x/week for 4-8 weeks

Medicare contributes $50.05 towards the cost of a physiotherapy treatment for patients with complex and chronic conditions refererred by a GP with an Enhanced Primary Care Plan.

Our Pilates Studio -  Warana

Our brand new purpose built Pilates studio has a dedicated mat room and a dedicated equipment room with the most amazing views of Lake Kawana. 

For your comfort, our pilates studio is fully air-conditioned and a pilates mat is supplied for each student.

We offer a large selection of pilates videos for hire or sale. We also stock a range of pilates equipment available for hire/sale - Fitballs, Theraband, Fit Circles etc.

Our Pilates studio is fully equipped with equipment designed by Joseph Pilates - Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel & Fitness Circles.  

Some Private Health Funds offer rebates for group physiotherapy classes and physiotherapy studio equipment sessions. We can process claims on the spot using HICAPS or we can provide you with a receipt to send off to your fund to claim a rebate where applicable. Please contact our office for details.
