We provide physiotherapy treatments, Pilates, Acupuncture & Whole Body Vibration at both our Currimundi and Warana centres on the Sunshine Coast.

The Galileo produces involuntary muscular contractions which at 1500 repetitions per minute at 25Hz results in a very strong training effect with increased muscle strength and tone and improved co-ordination.

Significant results can be achieved in 10 - 15 minutes, 2x/week for 4-8 weeks

Patients with complex and chronic conditions may be covered by Medicare for up to 5 physiotherapy sessions.  Patients must be referred by their GP and require an Enhanced Primary Care Plan. 

At totalphysio we BULK BILL  pensioners and health care card holders covered by EPC plans so there are NO out of pocket expenses.

Our Pilates Studio -  Warana

Our brand new purpose built Pilates studio has a dedicated mat room and a dedicated equipment room with the most amazing views of Lake Kawana. 

For your comfort, our pilates studio is fully air-conditioned, carpeted and a pilates mat is supplied for each student.

We provide a waiting area with the opportunity to watch sample pilates videos whilst you wait. We offer a large selection of pilates videos for hire or sale. We also stock a range of pilates equipment available for hire/sale - Fitballs, Theraband, Fit Circles etc.

Our Pilates studio is fully equipped with equipment designed by Joseph Pilates - Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel & Fitness Circles.

Some Private Health Funds offer rebates for group physiotherapy classes and physiotherapy studio equipment sessions. We can process claims on the spot using HICAPS or we can provide you with a receipt to send off to your fund to claim a rebate where applicable. Please contact our office for details.
