If you are 6 weeks or more post natal and would prefer to take time out for yourself and not bring bub, please feel free to join in any Studio equipment session from 7am to 8pm, which can be modified for you.

  • Whether in a baby carrier or lying next to you, this class is suited for mums with babies from 6 weeks to 6 1/2 months 

    Classes include exercises to target all the major muscle groups. 

During the session, participants will be able to address concerns about postnatal fitness and will receive handouts on topics of interest.

The Mum&me class addresses the guilt new moms often feel when leaving their babies to do something for themselves. Babies can participate at all times and enjoy this class as much as you will.   Mum&me classes are a great way to meet other new mums, get in shape, feel more energized and most importantly have fun while bonding with your baby.
