DETAILS OF SESSIONS & CLASSES


Circuit Class $15
Exclusively designed for totalphysio.  The unique combination of floor and equipment exercises in a fun filled atmosphere for a great workout.  Lots of laughter and fun whilst working on those troublesome areas. 

Mat Class $18.50

One hour floor class combining flexibilty, strength and toning using small pieces of equipment such as theraband, fitness circle and light weights.  We cover all major areas-bottom, tummy, thighs, arms, back strength, posture, flexibility.  Mats supplied. 

Seniors Over 65's $16
A combination of Pilates, light weights and theraband to improve mobility, flexibility and strength-from the wheelchair bound to daily walkers we tailor the exercises for YOU.

Abs, Butt, Thigh, Triceps  $15
One hour devoted to these troublesome areas.  Who couldn’t do with a better looking BUM!!  Great to get ready for bikinis  !Fantastic to tone up quickly!!  Fast paced - not for the faint hearted!
Not suitable if you suffer from back or neck pain.

 
Equipment Sessions $35.50
One hour in the Pilates studio using ALL of the Pilates equipment - Trapeze, Wunda Chair, Arc Barrel, Spine Corrector, Fit Ball, Fitness Circles, Theratubing, Hand/Ankle WeightsWe design a program for YOU based on what you WANT & NEED.  



Pilates for Back Pain

A program designed by Physiotherapist Jacqui Moretto who has 14 years experience treating chronic back pain, and utilising this unique form of exercise for the treatment of chronic pain. 



Lunch Time Power Pilates

A 30 minute focussed time efficient session created to suit busy people utilising the best Pilates has to offer over the lunch time period from 12.15pm to 1.45pm
